Turning Pages: A Generation Looks Back

  • The Strand Theater 210 Main Street Hudson Falls, NY, 12839 United States (map)

In suburban Niskayuna, the 1962 high school class consisted of about 210 students, many of whom were children of engineers and scientists employed by General Electric Co. They graduated in the spring and went out into the world.

To capture the spirit of their generation and the changes it's endured, Van Degna and others combined technical skills to create an 86-minute film called "Turning Pages." The movie has interviews with 25 classmates who reflect with surprising candor on life, family and mortality.

Free Admission but donations are accepted towards the Strand Theater Revitalization.
